Justin Lappen is the President of FOURG Athletics, Core Lacrosse Events’ exclusive partner for Strategic Event Outfitting. What started in a college dorm room in 2009 as a passion project has grown into a nationwide company serving thousands of programs, built on late nights, small print runs, and a commitment to doing things the right way from the start, just like Core Lacrosse Events.
Through FOURG, Justin leads the delivery of everything needed to run an event at the highest standards, including apparel, helmet decals, and coaches gear. FOURG is proudly American made, a standard the company has stayed true to as it has grown, prioritizing quality, consistency, and service at every level.
A former collegiate lacrosse player at Kean University, Justin understands the game from the inside and brings that perspective into his work every day. He has been a close friend of Core founder Sam Oltmans for years, and their relationship is built on a shared belief in doing things the right way instead of doing what is fast or cheap. That mindset continues to drive both FOURG and its partnership with Core.

Faceoff Factory is the premier training destination for faceoff athletes, led by one of the best in the world, Joe Nardella. The relationship between Core and Faceoff Factory is built on more than just partnership. Sam and Joe became friends for life after Sam spent a summer living with Joe and learning how to face off, an experience that shaped his understanding of the position and the level of detail it truly requires.
That foundation shows up in everything Core does with faceoff athletes. Faceoff Factory is something Core believes every faceoff athlete should have in their tool bag. The training, discipline, and consistency that come out of FOF set the standard for what it takes to compete at the highest levels of the game.
